Neuer Monat

Das erste Quartal 2026 liegt fast hinter uns und ich starte im neuen Monat mit 2 Challenges. Daher schon heute die entsprechende Vorschau.

Bei Oscraps geht es um Fotos *selbst geknipst*, auf denen etwas rosafarbiges zu sehen ist. Ich wollte unbedingt die Mandelblüte in Szene setzen.

Dieses Produkt ist sehr speziell. Der Erlös aus dem Verkauf  kommt einer jungen Frau zu Gute, die bei einem Motorradunfall schwer verletzt wurde und sich ganz langsam wieder ins Leben zurück tastet.

Carissa ist 23 Jahre jung und die Nichte von Anna Aspnes.

Last year, Carissa, niece of talented fellow-designer Anna Aspnes, was severely injured after a dramatic motorcycle accident. Against all odds, Carissa survived. She remains in a wheelchair and is fed through a tube in her stomach. The driver who caused the accident was uninsured. Her mom and grandmother provide 24/7 care, and the medical and living expenses continue to mount.

To help with hospital expenses, 45 designers from different stores have teamed up to create a unique collection.

Rather than a specific color palette or narrow theme, every designer was asked to create in their own style and with a color palette of their choice. We were asked to include one thing: A butterfly.

Carissa has always loved them.

Butterflies also symbolize transformation, metamorphosis, the ability to evolve and adapt to a changing world.

You can help Carissa by buying this unique collection.

Included are unique digiscrap goodies, an inspirational magazine, and a video tutorial. This collection will be available from 28 March, 2026, for $40. 100% of the proceeds go directly to medical care for Carissa.
